Facilitates sales initiatives and business development opportunities within Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors on behalf of our proprietary suite of mutual fund investment products. This individual will be responsible for handling opportunities within the retail and omnibus/third-party channels. Facilitating organic asset growth through targeted campaigns; comfortable with unsolicited outreach programs as well. Serves as the main point of contact for inbound inquiries from clients. Coordinates with internal parties and external vendors to establish and service accounts on an ongoing basis.

Core Responsibilities


  • Learn and understand proprietary offering of investments, spanning mutual and commingled funds and separate account strategies
  • Understand external vendor portals that will be necessary for establishing accounts and maintain thereafter.
  • Establish relationships with interested parties to facilitate asset growth for KoCAA investments
  • Identify areas of growth based upon historical success with client and account types, geographies, and/or specific strategies
  • Create standardized, as well as custom, client content across all products
  • Produce regular and ad hoc materials for internal management that reflects the busines and sales cycle
  • Communicate with other internal departments to source
  • Resolve client inquiries using internal applications and external vendors
  • Acquire and maintain necessary securities licensing - Series 7 and 66
