Overview

Manage channel marketing operations and vendors for the implementation of enterprise marketing strategies. Develop channel-specific marketing strategies, campaigns and programs based on channel leadership feedback and field marketing insights. Oversee marketing communications and field events. Improve the overall marketing experience for the fraternal/insurance field force and leaders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for channel and field marketing strategies aligned with global priorities and in partnership business channel leaders (agents, membership growth field team, fraternal leaders), supporting established targets for our sales teams and our channel partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the regional teams, support marketing priorities with monthly/quarterly insights on performance.
  • Manage team and resources to develop repeatable, scalable playbooks and marketing toolkits for channel leaders
  • Manage relationships and operational improvements with key vendors and platforms.
  • Responsible for the daily operations of key marketing platforms, ensuring content is regularly updated and all available capabilities are utilized to the fullest while maintaining a close relationship with vendor partners.
  • Continuously improve process, production, and efficiency of existing marketing platforms.
  • Regularly report out on progression and status to stakeholders, providing detailed analysis of platform performance.
  • Provide strategic direction and insight on scoping new marketing requests from the field.
  • Prioritize workflow based on business needs, resource limitations and business value.

Required:

  • Ability to translate business programs and needs to marketing activation and channels
  • Must be a go-getter who is driven by goal of elevating the profile of KofC through strategic marketing
  • Must be able to think strategically and creatively and then execute tactically at a high level
  • Must have an appreciation and understanding for the importance of social media and be able to use it to drive brand development and charitable donations
  • Must have knowledge of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus culture, principles and practices
  • Internal and external communications experience, including proactive media relations
  • Must be a great writer
  • Ability to translate complex material and data in a simplified and impactful way
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high energy environment
  • Ability to partner and work effectively with other part of the KofC organization, both at headquarters and in the field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Conflict management and influencing skills
  • Understanding of financial services and non-profit organizations and culture

Education

Required:
-BA or BS
Preferred:
-5+ years related public relations or equivalent combination of training and experience.  Experience with charitable or non-profit organization particularly helpful

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
