Promotes and coordinates council health and retention initiatives.  Coordinates council mergers, reactivations, and dissolutions.  Analyzes council health and coordinates recovery actions for distressed councils.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to reactivate, merge, or dissolve suspended and inactive councils.
  • Coordinate strategies to measure council health and provide actionable data to fraternal leaders.
  • Coordinate strategies to bring councils pending suspension back into good standing.
  • Provide annual reporting on Star Council program success with recommendations for improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain council officer and director listings.  Communicate with fraternal leaders in the field to gather missing information.
  • Manage council and district award trackers and reports.
  • Participate in Knights of Columbus meetings, conferences, and conventions

Skills Qualifications

  • Knights of Columbus membership required
  • Knowledge of the laws, policies and procedures of the Order.
  • Effective oral and written skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of Database design, cleaning and validation, and office automation.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation.


  • BA or BS degree with emphasis in Business, Communications or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of data analytics and reporting experience
  • 3-5 years of client relations experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
