Overview

Supports the Coordinator, Council Awards and Data with fraternal data collection, analysis, and reporting.  This includes the District Deputy Annual Report on Council Health, Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity, council, district, and fraternal awards, and other projects as requested. Assists in collaborations with the Growth and Evangelization and Faith Formation teams on data and reporting in support of their initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports fraternal data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Build reports on council health and engagement for analysis and planning purposes.
  • Coordinate fraternal awards tracking and reporting.
  • Support the data requirements of all fraternal departments as needed.
  • Assist in the timely creation of ad hoc reports as requested by senior management.
  • Collaborate across all departments in support of various state, district, and council initiatives.
  • Support department projects as assigned.

Education

  •  BA or BS degree with emphasis in Business, Communications or Marketing

Compensation Data

The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location.  At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,200-76,200.
