Contributes to the development, delivery, and administration of all virtual training supporting the sales organization, and administers the Learning Management System (Knights of Columbus University).

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in the instructional design, course development, implementation, and administration of e-Learning training programs.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating all training content housed on the Learning Management System.
  • Tracks and reports on agents progress on training completed in the LMS as well as the usage of the resources housed on the LMS.
  • Provide technical support for the Field Force on the Learning Management System including managing user accounts, assist with navigation, and instructing users on how to use enhancements/programs.
  • Assist in providing user support for the LMS by creating and publishing procedures.
  • Assist with the development, editing, and growth of all media housed on the LMS.
  • Administers the Event Calendar for events hosted by the Virtual Sales Training Team.
  • Assist Director in LMS Vendor Management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Qualifications

  • Knowledge of KofC insurance and annuity products
  • Understanding of virtual training and Learning Management Systems, conducting and editing Preferred:
  • Web training design and development experience desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills desirable Systems/Technical Knowledge:
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Articulate 360 Suite
  • Storyline 360, Replay 360, Rise 360
  • Pinpoint LMS platform
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Premier Pro

  • BS or BA degree or requisite experience
  • 5+ years of related experience or equivalent Preferred:
  • Design and Training Certifications preferred


The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location.  At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,200 – 91,700.
