The Market Segment Lead – Hispanic Catholic Men is responsible for advancing the growth, engagement, and long-term vitality of Hispanic Catholic men within the Knights of Columbus. Managed on overall market penetration and customer lifetime value within the Hispanic market, this role serves as the enterprise advocate for the market segment—partnering closely with business owners, field leadership, and community stakeholders to ensure the organization’s products, services, content, and outreach efforts are culturally relevant, mission-aligned, and responsive to the needs of Hispanic Catholic men and their families.
The Market Segment Lead plays a critical role in elevating the voice of the customer, shaping market-informed strategies across membership, insurance, investment services, charitable giving, and partnerships, while strengthening trust, relevance, and impact within the Hispanic Catholic community.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of market-specific strategies for Hispanic Catholic men, aligned with enterprise goals and the Knights of Columbus mission.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the market segment, ensuring cultural understanding, language accessibility, and faith traditions are reflected across initiatives.
- Partner with business owners to adapt offerings and delivery models to better meet the needs of the segment.
- Collaborate with membership and field leaders to drive sustainable growth, engagement, and retention of Hispanic Catholic men.
- Support strategies that strengthen the end-to-end member journey—from awareness and onboarding through lifelong engagement and leadership.
- Use market insights and performance data to identify barriers, opportunities, and targeted interventions.
- Create market-specific marketing strategies, campaigns, messaging, and content.
- Ensure marketing efforts are culturally relevant, linguistically appropriate, and aligned with how Hispanic Catholic men engage with faith, family, and community.
- Influence the design and continuous improvement of the member and customer experience across touchpoints, including digital, field, and council interactions.
- Advocate for a consistent, high-quality experience that builds trust, belonging, and long-term engagement.
- Lead the capture and amplification of the voice of Hispanic Catholic men across the organization.
- Gather insights through listening forums, surveys, field feedback, council engagement, and community partnerships.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that inform product development, service delivery, marketing content, and experience design.
- Partner with enterprise teams to ensure insights are embedded into planning, prioritization, and innovation efforts.
- Support councils serving Hispanic Catholic men by promoting inclusive leadership, effective operations, and culturally relevant programming.
- Encourage leadership development and succession pathways for Hispanic members.
- Share best practices that enhance council vitality and alignment with national and state priorities.
- Collaborate with insurance and investment business owners to support insurance operations, insurance sales, and investment sales within the market segment.
- Advocate for member-centric, values-based financial solutions that address the needs of Hispanic families.
- Support field leaders and agents in building trust and improving outreach through culturally informed approaches.
- Partner with councils and community organizations to advance charitable initiatives aligned with the priorities of Hispanic Catholic communities.
- Support programs focused on family support, parish engagement, youth, vocations, and community service.
- Ensure charitable efforts are integrated with member engagement and broader market strategies.
- Build and sustain relationships with parishes, dioceses, ministries, and organizations serving Hispanic Catholic men and families.
- Identify and support strategic partnerships that expand reach, relevance, and credibility within the Hispanic Catholic community.
- Serve as a conduit between market stakeholders and enterprise leadership, elevating insights and recommendations.

Education
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in market strategy, marketing, customer experience, membership organizations, faith-based or community organizations, or financial services, or equivalent Knights of Columbus experience.
- Demonstrated experience engaging Hispanic Catholic communities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization and collaborate without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
