Overview

The Agent Training Associate will assist in the implementation and administration of in-house and online training for the field force.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administrative support of all agent training, agent communications, training materials, training supplies, diplomas, and tracking of school eligibility.
  • Assist in the content development and design of schools.
  • Producer/Co-host for all Online Schools and events.
  • Creating and evaluation session feedback, reevaluate, and implementation.
  • Exam development.
  • Assists in LMS reporting and confirming Ingenium records.
  • Assists in tracking of agents educational records and professional designations.
  • Track and assist the agent with educational reimbursements.
  • Track FIC/F designations awarded and submit for Pins and Certificates to be mailed out.
  • Assists in administrative activities of Field Management and Agency programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Required:

  • High school diploma required
  • 4 years of office experience preferably in financial services Preferred:
