Overview
The Knights of Columbus Agile Coach will lead various organizational teams in understanding and embracing the Agile methodology. The Agile Coach will drive the Agile Roadmap, identifying and tracking Agile accomplishments across the organization. They will be the liaison between the Delivery Excellence team and the scrum teams. They will promote incremental organizational adoption of Agile, including guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, promoting organizational growth, and answering questions.
The Agile Coach promotes the Agile mindset and acts as an effective change agent for Agile teams to improve the effectiveness of development and business efforts by facilitating improved Agile adoption and maturity across the enterprise The coach provides hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.

Skills Qualifications
- Expert on different Agile methodologies; Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills to support collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines, along with the ability to effectively motivate people to work as an integrated team across locations, and cultures
- Experienced in facilitation skills to support conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, group dynamics, considering different personality styles
- Experienced in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Experienced in business process design, process documentation (i.e. BPMN), requirement gathering, testing, and user training
- Strong understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and looks for feedback, articulates clearly, and actively listens
Education
- BS in Business, Operations, Management, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years’ experience coaching and implementing change
- One or more Agile certifications (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO)
