Overview

Works with the Manager of Fraternal Webinars and Video Production, in coordination with the Manager of Fraternal Training, to identify training needs and develop webinars and video content. Assists in creating, producing, and evaluating the effectiveness of fraternal webinars and video training materials.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assists in creating video training plans for fraternal initiatives.
  • Issues webinar notices for fraternal leaders and members.
  • Produces fraternal webinars, managing all aspects of production and content creation.
  • Schedules webinars on multiple platforms. Drafts the invitations, coordinates the registration procedures, and generates statistical reports for webinar attendance and member satisfaction.
  • Assists in compiling data from fraternal video training and generates performance reports.
  • Creates documents and statistical charts/tables for presentation to with senior staff.
  • Monitors and reviews the order’s website for needed changes/updates. Assists in creating and designing said updates.
  • Assists in the creation, editing, and proofing of Fraternal Video training materials.
  • Tracks viewer registrations and customer survey results.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining website training content.
  • Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training activity and success.
  • Participates in supreme and state meetings as assigned. Requires occasional travel
  • Produces regularly scheduled webinars usually aired on weekday evenings.

Skills Qualifications

  • Successful officer and director experience desired.
  • Knowledge of the Knights of Columbus culture, principles, laws, and practices.
  • Understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church and the ability to articulate them.
  • Ability to apply the teachings of the Church and the principles of the Knights of Columbus.
  • Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail
  • Prior training experience desired.
  • Prior video production experience desired.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience.
  • Excellent typing/word processing skills
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity desired with GoToWebinar and GoToWebcast

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years related work experience or equivalent training and experience

Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
