Overview
The Manager of Cor Resources and Communication will be responsible for the management of existing and future resources, webpage content, and field communication for Cor. Additionally, this position will interface and collaborate with the Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation Training, Manager of State EFF & Agency, and Director of CIS to curate Cor content across webpages and a Learning Management System (LMS) for State and local EFF leadership and individual Knights to utilize.
Through collaboration with the State EFF teams, this position will be responsible for ensuring that local GKs and EFF Directors receive regular communication and updates on resources and online events to supplement their leadership development and the continued implementation and expansion of Cor.
Core Responsibilities
- Resources Creation and Management

- Manage and update all existing and future Cor resources in printed format and online.
- Develop and create new resources, including the planning, writing, reviewing, translation, website publishing submission, and layout/printing of said resources.
- Manage Cor Communications

- Develop the communication infrastructure for local EFF directors for direct to local leadership support and communication from the Supreme Council.
- Develop and manage Cor communications content calendar.
- Support EFF Team with communication and webpage needs.
- Collaborate with Director of CIS and other leadership for the management of LMS content and communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop and manage onboarding processes, communication and engagement for new EFF leadership on an annual basis.
- Collaborate with Supreme Council EFF Team and Other Internal Stakeholders
- Collaborate with State EFF Team, Fraternal Field Staff & State EFF Directors to determine greatest ongoing formation needs and training applications.
- Collaborate with Director of Formation Content to review interchange and progression of individual formation and leadership/discipleship training and formation.
- Collaborate with State EFF Team, Fraternal Field Staff & State EFF Directors to determine greatest ongoing formation needs and training applications.

Skills Qualifications
Required:
- Must have proven experience developing evangelization & faith formation materials for the Catholic Church.
- Experience developing training and formation modules and content for men.
- Demonstrates a high capacity for business relationship management and social engagement to effectively build rapport, coach, manage and support at multiple business levels across the organization.
- Working knowledge of the Knights of Columbus state and local structure.
- Working knowledge of agency function and hierarchy.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards
- Leads, manages, and works with integrity
- Leverages the strengths of each team member
- Creates a working environment that motivates volunteers to achieve high individual performance
Preferred:
- Fully Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Membership in the Knights of Columbus
Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location. At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,600-$115,000.
