Overview

The Recruitment Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Field Agent (FA) recruitment team by executing key programs, managing recruiting operations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from lead generation through onboarding. This role partners closely with Field leadership, HRIS, and onboarding teams to drive recruitment efficiency, reporting accuracy, and program effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Field Agent Referral Program and Council Referral Program, including tracking referrals, ensuring timely follow-up, and monitoring program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the Kaplan Licensing Program, including candidate enrollment, progress tracking, and communication with participants and stakeholders.
  • Conduct proactive phone outreach to National Marketing leads to qualify interest, provide information on opportunities, and route viable candidates to appropriate Field leaders.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with prospective candidates to improve conversion rates.
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly ADP recruitment reports to Field leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain the Recruiting Dashboard for EOSK, including:
    • Year-to-date goals versus actual performance for each General Agent (GA)
    • Key recruiting metrics and trends to support decision-making
  • Partner with HRIS and onboarding teams to ensure accurate data flow and a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Build working knowledge of ADP systems and support future transition efforts to SuccessFactors, including process documentation and system alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and improve data integrity.

Skills Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP preferred; SuccessFactors a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
